Technical Service Specialist Battery Adhesives; m​/f​/d

• Perform product tests and material characterization according to internal, customer, and industry standards.
• Take ownership of assigned products and maintain all related technical documentation (e.g., specifications, Technical Data Sheets, change records).
• Support root‑cause analysis for customer complaints and provide technical input for solutions.
• Carry out product adjustments, including mixing, formulation changes, and preparation of test samples based on customer needs.
• Assist with localization projects and second‑sourcing activities by testing and evaluating alternative materials.
• Document all lab work, tests, formulations, and project activities according to internal guidelines.
• Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Sales on technical topics and continuous product improvement.

• Completed education as a Lab Technician, Chemistry Technician, Materials Laboratory Technician, or equivalent; a technical degree is an advantage for a senior level position.
• Practical experience in materials testing, mixing, and formulation work.
• Good communication skills in German and English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with accurate documentation habits.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable, and proactive, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Customer‑oriented mindset and a collaborative working style.
