We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Automotive Contract Clerk to join our team! We are a dynamic and growing automotive organization committed to excellence and innovation in the automotive industry. This is an onsite position Monday-Friday.
- Process contracts and related vehicle sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Collect vehicle receivables
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Processing trade in payoffs
- Service Contract submission and cancellations
- Schedule Reconciliation
- Wholesales
- MUST HAVE DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
