We provide pest management, extermination and prevention services for both residential, industrial and commercial properties.

We are looking for an Office Staff candidate with a positive attitude to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.

• identify the customers needs, clarify information and schedule appointments and follow-ups
• data entry
• assist in document filing
• invoicing
• maintaining/updating files

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• knowledge of computers
• office setting experience
• organizational skills
• knowledge of standard office equipment

This position is full time. Employee must be available to work Monday - Friday (8am to 5pm) at company office.
