Sales Director, ESS - Mexico

Gotion Inc. is based in Silicon Valley, CA, currently building a Manufacturing facility in Manteno, IL and has R&D centers in Ohio, China, Japan and Europe. We innovate in the next generation electric vehicle and energy storage technologies (lithium batteries and related systems) with the aim to accelerate electrified transportation and achieve sustainable development. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet regional sales targets assigned by the company

• Communicate and negotiate with customers, facilitate cooperation, sign contracts, and maintain customer relationships

• Organize and develop the sales team in accordance with company goals

• Strategize and plan for product and process optimization to leadership

• Provide professional product configuration and wealth management services to customers

• Responsible for local resource exploration, sales channel development, maintenance, service, and cooperate widely with local institutions

• Understand industry dynamics and competitor situations, provide timely market information feedback, and offer suggestions for the company s marketing strategy

• Work reporting: complete work reports and other related business reporting tasks to ensure timely updates and accuracy of information

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree or above

• Familiar with industry management laws and regulations and international trade

• Able to effectively connect domestic and foreign customers and suppliers

• Familiar with market research, business contract negotiation, quotation analysis, and bidding management

• Have keen market insight, strong organizational coordination skills, and business analysis capabilities

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion, and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this role is shown below, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experiences, and location.

Expected Pay Range
$130,000 - $180,000 USD
