• Provide senior-level consulting services to improve IT and business management results
• Develop and implement new processes and operational plans to achieve functional results
• Participate in defining IT strategy aligned with senior leadership’s business objectives
• Recommend solutions for business process improvements through technology
• Facilitate communication with IT and business partners to monitor project progress and address issues

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive work experience in the investment management space
• Strong knowledge of investment operational processes including accounting, trade settlement, and collateral management
• Ability to review business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Proficiency in preparing Functional Requirement Documents and performing impact analyses
• Strong communication and written skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Graduation in Computer Engineering or related field; specialization in Finance or Financial Services is preferred
• Familiarity with Eagle data enrichment and performance calculation modules
• Experience in managing product backlogs and translating strategies into development tasks
• Understanding of data integration and quality management
• Ability to run SQL queries for data analysis
