Competitive Edge Physical Therapy recently launched our 4th Bay Area clinic in Fremont, and we're looking for a Client Care Coordinator to be the heart of the front desk. You'll be the first smile our clients see, the voice they hear on the phone, and the person who guides them from their first visit to their last. If you thrive on connecting with people and genuinely care about their experience, this role was built for you.

Build real relationships with clients over the course of their care, learning their goals, their sports, and what matters to them

Help new clients feel confident and informed about what to expect before, during, and after their visits

Guide clients through next steps after evaluations, including scheduling their plan of care and understanding their options

Follow up with clients who've missed visits or paused care, checking in with genuine care rather than a script

Manage scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations so clients get the times that work for them

Process payments and explain billing, packages, and Superbills clearly and comfortably

Protect client privacy and handle all health information with care and confidentiality

Partner with our clinicians and Operations Manager to make sure every client's experience is seamless

You light up when you're helping people and get energy from conversation

You've worked in hospitality, retail, fitness, a spa, a salon, a hotel, or any role where the customer experience came first

You're comfortable learning new software (we'll train you on our systems)
