Analog Mixed-Signal Circuit Architect / Team Lead
We are seeking a Team Leader in Analog Mixed-Signal Circuits to guide and grow a high-performing engineering team at the forefront of next-generation computing. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development of advanced mixed-signal systems that redefine the limits of speed, performance, and efficiency.
Lead and mentor a team of analog/mixed-signal designers through all stages of product development—from concept to tape-out and silicon validation.
Oversee design and simulation of complex analog and mixed-signal blocks (e.g., amplifiers, ADCs/DACs, PLLs) with a focus on meeting aggressive performance, power, and area targets.
Coordinate closely with digital, layout, and packaging teams to ensure seamless integration and design closure.
Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and technical risk assessments to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Set and enforce design standards, review methodologies, and best practices across the analog/mixed-signal team.
Serve as a technical leader during design reviews, tape-outs, bring-up, and debug cycles.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications7+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal circuit design, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or managerial role.
Deep understanding of analog and mixed-signal fundamentals, including device physics, noise, signal integrity, and power management.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred QualificationsExperience guiding physical design and layout for high-volume silicon tape-outs.
Deep knowledge of high-speed or precision data converter architectures.
Experience in lab bring-up, electronic device debugging, and testing.
Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Annual base salary from $180K to $300K.
