Senior Product Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Product Engineer to support the design, development, qualification and sustaining of MRAM products. This role will apply test and product engineering skill set and sound engineering practices to qualify and support product pre-production and production activities.

• Perform product characterization at both wafer level and chip level
• Work with test engineers to deliver robust test programs (sort, final test, characterization, etc.)
• Perform ongoing production yield analysis and yield improvement
• Perform ongoing customer RMA analysis
• Work with vendors to build and maintain probe cards
• Hands on with PCB rework, cable rework, using test equipment and performing measurements
• Work with and manage outside vendors for test hardware (load board, probe card, cable … etc.)
• Performs other product engineering duties as assigned

• Basic understanding of CMOS circuits and IC process
• Familiar with IC qualification standards and ISO
  9001 concepts and procedures
• Experience working with automatic prober and ATE such as Magnum
• Experience building and maintainingprober cards
• Experience building and maintainingloadboards
• Experience with data analysis packages such as JMP
• The ability to work independently as well as in teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A BS in Electrical Engineering, or a related field with eight (8) years of professional experience or a MS in Electrical Engineering, or a related field with four (6) years of professional experience
