We are seeking an experienced Senior System Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with industry‑standard RF and communication test equipment, along with excellent log‑analysis and test‑execution skills. You will be responsible for validating wireless systems and ensuring high‑quality performance across multiple test platforms.

• Execute system‑level test cases using Rohde & Schwarz (R&S), Anritsu, and Keysight test equipment.
• Set up, configure, and maintain RF test environments for functional, performance, and compliance testing.
• Perform detailed log analysis to identify issues, troubleshoot failures, and provide insights to development teams.
• Work closely with cross‑functional engineering teams to support debugging and issue resolution.
• Document test results, defects, and provide comprehensive test reports.
• Ensure test procedures are followed and maintain best practices for test execution.

• 5+ years of experience in system testing, RF testing, or wireless communication testing.
• Strong hands‑on experience with R&S, Anritsu, and Keysight test systems.
• Expertise in analyzing test logs (protocol logs, RF logs, measurement data, etc.).
• Experience executing automated and manual test cases across multiple test setups.
• Solid understanding of wireless technologies such as LTE, 5G , Wi‑Fi, or similar (preferred).
• Ability to troubleshoot and isolate issues in complex systems.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

• Experience with scripting tools (Python, Shell, etc.) for automation.
• Familiarity with device certification testing (GCF, PTCRB, CTIA) is a plus.
• Background in telecommunications, electronics, or related engineering fields.
