We’re looking for a skilled and customer-driven Field Application Engineer (FAE) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll combine your technical expertise in mechanical and thermal solutions with strong customer engagement skills to ensure successful product integration and support.

You’ll serve as the bridge between customers, sales, and engineering, delivering practical solutions that drive innovation and performance across diverse applications.

• Provide technical support and consultation to customers throughout pre-sales and post-sales stages.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, installations, and training sessions, ensuring effective implementation and user adoption.
• Analyze customer designs and perform thermal and mechanical performance assessments to ensure optimal reliability.
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve inquiries, and ensure timely, high-quality customer support.
• Act as the technical liaison between customers and internal teams (R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and quality) to communicate feedback and improvement ideas.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and presentations in support of business development.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to provide informed recommendations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Thermal, or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• 5+ years of experience in consumer electronics, electronics manufacturing, or thermal solution development.
• Strong understanding of thermal management systems — including cooling systems, heat sinks, and related technologies.
• Proficiency with thermal modeling, simulation, and CAD tools for design optimization.
• Familiarity with electronic components, circuit design, and integration of thermal systems into end applications.
• Excellent communication skills — able to convey complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus.
