Viewing Position: MRAM Product Development Engineer
We are seeking a Product Development Engineer to work with our highly motivated, innovative design and test team to maintain, develop and improve STT-MRAM product process flows. This role requires interactions with a diverse team including external foundry partners to support new product introduction and yield improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities- Analyzes data from various MRAM process steps as well as the electrical testing data from wafer level and packaged chips.
- Propose design/process experiments based on data analysis results.
- Work closely with foundries to drive continuous process improvement efforts to maximize yield.
- Debug and troubleshoot drifted processes.
- Performs other engineering duties assigned.
Skills
- Recent and relevant magnetic/spintronics device experience, knowledge of underlying physics of magnetic/spintronics device.
- General knowledge related to various processes and tools such as lithography, metal and dielectric deposition, metrology, etch and patterning, annealing and metallization.
- Knowledge related to circuit design is a plus.
- Excellent computer skills and proficient with necessary software, including, but not limited to, C and Python.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Good oral and writing communication skills.
- Must be highly motivated and a self-starter.
Experience:
- Applicants are required to demonstrate a track record of achievement in their field of study.
M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Applied Physics
