Project Manager with semiconductor knowledge

• Lead program management for Semiconductor Siemens OpCenter product manufacturing and advanced automation.
• Configure and integrate MES systems architecture, including deployment, configuration, and integration with other production systems.
• Develop and integrate SECSGEM interfaces for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Configure equipment communication with host systems, setting parameters and defining data collection variables.
• Create and manage Siemens Camstar Op Center  modeling recipes, including downloading, uploading, and validation.
• Collect real‑time data from equipment sensors and processes, monitoring status and performance metrics.
• Implement data collection strategies for statistical process control (SPC).
• Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks to support continuous improvement.
• Support fit‑gap analysis, process modeling, and standardization initiatives with area leads and process SMEs.
• Develop factory automation requirements and collaborate with SMEs to meet stakeholder needs.
• Provide time estimates, user story point estimates, and status updates for assigned stories.
• Author and perform documentation supporting validation of factory automation initiatives across teams.
• Identify, mentor, and develop talent to build leaders within the team.

• Minimum of 15 years of program management experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of MES systems architecture, configuration, deployment, and integration.
• Deep understanding of SECSGEM standards (SEMI E30 and related standards), including message structure, data formats, and communication protocols.
• Experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes and GUI, tool scheduling, recipe management, and factory automation.
• Proficiency in Good Documentation and Good Testing Practices.
• Excellent project management skills, including familiarity with project management software and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of design for manufacturability (DFM) principles and product lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with data‑driven decision‑making ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with relevant industry standards and regulations.
