At our Fremont, CA Facility, we are looking for a motivated Customer Support/Service Representative to work directly with our customers and departments to efficiently process orders. Key duties will be to complete order sheets and distribute; maintain customer files; coordinate with departments regarding order status, ship dates, prices, and product availability; and handle RMA/RGA processing.

• Interact directly with customers, or outside reps
• Generate Return Material Authorizations
• Generate quotations
• Enter orders in Sys Pro/MRP
• Maintain customer files
• Distribute product literature

• Minimum high school education
• 2-3 years direct work experience
• Computer literate
• Effective communication internally and externally
• Work independently
