Senior Project Manager

Job Description Responsibilities

• Work closely with the sales and business development team to align commercial objectives and customer needs with the product roadmap.
• Work closely with customers to determine technical requirements, feasibility, and expectations.
• Provide technical leadership in customer meetings including preparing technical supporting materials; presenting and explaining product capabilities, features, and benefits; demonstrating products, and developing solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Provide input on technical aspects for RFI/RFP responses. Must be able to analyze and understand the customer’s technical problems and independently develop a proposal that articulates the features and benefits.
• Be a project manager, work with Engineering team to delivery best EV charger with extraordinarily high bar of quality and customized features. Provide project management leadership, guidance including management of schedules and project plans, documentation preparation
• Facilitate meetings and communication between customer, sales team, and global development team members to ensure the highest value work is top priority in the backlog.

• BS in technical related degree is preferred; MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in program/project management, with professional level technical/engineering experience is a plus.
• 3-5 years in the EV industry experience in solutions development.
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with smart charging, demand response, Vehicle-to-X (V2G, etc.), Metering.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experienced at meeting with customers and partners to understand market requirements and translating them into technical requirements for software/hardware engineering teams.
