Manager, Global Service Tooling & Equipmentyou will lead the strategy, development, deployment, and ongoing management of the tools, equipment, and infrastructure that power Lucid's growing service network. Supporting more than 30 service locations across North America, you'll partner with Service Operations, Engineering, Facilities, Procurement, and Supplier partners to ensure technicians have the right tools, equipment, and resources to deliver exceptional customer experiences. From launching next-generation mobile service fleets and enabling new service centers to driving tooling readiness for future vehicle programs, this highly visible leadership role offers the opportunity to build scalable systems, lead critical programs, and directly influence Lucid's ability to service and support its rapidly expanding vehicle portfolio.
- Own the Global Service Tooling & Equipment program across 30+ North American service locations, supporting Service Centers, Mobile Service, Body Repair, field teams, and hundreds of technicians.
- Lead the development and deployment of a fleet of Mobile Service vehicle, including vehicle configuration, equipment layout, storage systems, compressors, power solutions, tooling packages, safety requirements,
