As a Staff Accountant, you will apply established accounting principles to perform a range of advanced level professional accounting, auditing, and statistical work. You will prepare, maintain, analyze, verify, and reconcile financial transactions, statements, records, and reports; assist in preparing month, quarter, and year‑end reports and schedules; and provide assistance to junior staff.

• Responsibilities for all general accounting functions including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliation, analysis, and preparation of financial statements.
• Managing daily cash and applying customer payments on a daily basis.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining accounting policies and controls, fiscal controls, preparing financial reports and safeguarding the organization’s assets.
• Provide financial support including forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing variations from budget.
• Prepare additional quarterly and yearly financial data.
• Upload and complete financial data to Onestream.
• Prepare various tax schedules/returns – income, sales tax, etc.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Responsible for fixed asset management.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance and testing.

• 6-9 years of industry experience.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Oracle) and Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
• Strong ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and provide insights for decision‑making.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work extended hours.
• Self‑motivated, deadline‑oriented, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in system implementations, process improvements, and cross‑functional collaboration to support strategic initiatives.
• Knowledge of Revenue Recognition ASC 606 is a nice‑to‑have.
• Knowledge of Cost Accounting is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, growing work environment.
• Thrives in a small team environment with moderate‑to‑low supervision; high regard for confidentiality; strong analytical skills; positive attitude.
• Experience in driving change, improving processes and business process re‑engineering.

• BA/BS in Finance/Accounting degree or equivalent discipline.

Estimated salary range: $90,800 - $125,000.
