Key Responsibilities
• Financial Strategy:
Develop and execute the financial strategy to support our growth, profitability, and IPO readiness.
• Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
Lead the FP&A function to provide accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and reports. Ensure the company has a clear understanding of its financial health and outlook.
• IPO Preparation:
Work closely with legal and accounting teams to ensure compliance with all SEC regulations and reporting requirements. Prepare financial statements and disclosures for the IPO process.
• Capital Management:
Manage the company's capital structure, including equity, debt, and working capital. Optimize cash flow management and liquidity.
• Financial Reporting:
Oversee financial reporting and accounting functions, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements. Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and investors.

Risk Management:
Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Implement strong internal controls and compliance procedures.
• Investor Relations:
Act as a liaison with investors, analysts, and external stakeholders. Communicate the company's financial performance and strategy effectively.
• Team Leadership:
Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
• Proven experience as a Vice President of Finance or similar executive finance role in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Extensive pre‑IPO experience, including hands‑on involvement in the IPO process.
• Strong knowledge of SEC regulations and reporting requirements.
• Experienced in GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Exceptional financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of driving financial success.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic startup environment.
