About the Role

The Company is in need of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a Fractional CFO for its advisory group clients. The ideal candidate is a seasoned executive with a strong background in strategic finance, FP&A, and technical accounting, particularly in the context of high-growth, investor-backed companies. The CFO will be responsible for guiding financial strategy, building scalable financial infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with complex accounting standards.

This role involves direct interaction with founders, CEOs, and private equity stakeholders, and requires the ability to deliver hands‑on leadership during critical growth and transformation phases.

Key responsibilities for the CFO include serving as the lead financial executive for client companies, providing strategic finance leadership in areas such as long-range planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and overseeing cash flow management and capital strategy. The CFO will also be involved in board and investor reporting, guiding technical accounting and financial reporting, leading audit readiness efforts, and advising on ERP selection and implementation.

A CPA and/or MBA is required, along with a minimum of 12 years' progressive finance and accounting experience, including a background in a Big 4 or national public accounting firm. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in senior finance roles and a deep understanding of technical accounting standards and financial reporting requirements. Industry exposure to SaaS, healthcare, manufacturing, or consumer products is a plus.
