Nurse Manager - West

Salary Range: $101.85 - $142.58

The Nurse Manager is an operational manager designated as the leader for 5 West, its patient population and assigned staff, who has 24 hour responsibility and accountability for all patient care activities, clinic operations, budget and staff competency.

Graduate from a school of nursing with a current California RN license.

BS Degree in nursing from an accredited program required.

Certification within area and/or administrative certification preferred.

BLS required.

Demonstrates expertise in medical office management with a minimum of two years experience preferred.

Demonstrated oral and writing skills (in English).

Strong communication skills/customer service orientation.

Ability to multi-task and perform well in stressful situations.

Ability to develop and maintain effective leadership and working relationships.

Computer literate required, Epic experience preferred.
