Quanta Manufacturing Nashville is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees. The role involves maintaining payroll records, verifying timekeeping data, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The Payroll Coordinator works closely with HR and Finance teams to support payroll-related functions and provide excellent service to employees.

• Process bi-weekly or weekly payroll for all employees, including salaried and hourly.
• Review and verify timecards, deductions, and adjustments for accuracy.
• Maintain payroll records and employee data in the payroll system.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed.
• Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Assist with year-end processes, including W-2 and tax filings.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on benefits, deductions, and reporting.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and company policies.

• Experience:
  
  2+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Skills:
  • Understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
