The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while s candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic alignment:
Partner with leadership to design and implement HR strategies that support business objectives. - Employee relations:
Advise managers on performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. - Talent management:
Support workforce planning, succession planning, and career development programs. - Policy development:
Analyze and update HR policies to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. - Change management:
Guide teams through organizational changes, mergers, or restructuring. - Data-driven insights:
Use HR metrics (turnover, engagement, DEI) to recommend improvements. - Training & development:
Partner with Learning & Development to deliver leadership and employee training. - Compliance oversight:
Ensure adherence to employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEOC, OSHA).
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5–7 years HR experience, ideally in a business partner or generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of US labor laws and HR compliance standards.
- Analytical skills for interpreting HR metrics and workforce data.
- Communication & influence:
Ability to build trust and influence senior leaders. - Problem-solving:
Skilled in handling sensitive employee issues with discretion. - Tech proficiency:
Familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle).
