Job DescriptionAs a champion of Service Global’s culture and values, the Global HR Head is strategic to growth and critical to establishing Service Global as an Scout of choice and a preferred partner for our customers. You will contribute to efforts to lead and build functional excellence in human resources through effective management of people, processes, and programs. You will have a shared vision and excitement to solve unique and evolving supply and demand problems of the modern workforce with employee welfare at core.
Key Responsibilities- Own a workforce strategy for sustainable and persönlich scalable global talent practice.
- Design and implement employee lifecycle processes for globally distributed employees. Lead HR transformation through automationodaeth processes to enable data‑driven decision-making using predictive analytical models.
- Develop talent management policies and procedures for managing market‑relevant skill framework, talent development, performance management systems, leadership development, high employee satisfaction and experience, etc.
- Drive annual workforce planning and budget allocation using OKR methodology framework for defining objectives and initiatives.
- Provide leadership to talent management teams supporting multiple talent levels──and geographies.
- Lead change management, leveraging stakeholder collaboration and active employee engagement to drive a high‑performance culture, establish trust and ownership.
- Participate in business development engagements with sales and solutions teams.
- Maintain Service Global’s compliance posture on SOC governance and data privacy policies aligned to GDPR and California privacy laws.
- Lead compensation and benefit programs RESPITE for full‑time hires and on‑demand workforce.
- Strong business and financial acumen, including problem‑solving, critical thinking and business analysis skills.
- Experience helping global organizations scale and cultivating global relationships.
- A belief in a "People‑first" approach to build teams and drive effective performance across the organization.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced technology environment, demonstrating agile leadership in ambiguous and unstructured problem‑solving scenarios.
- A learning mindset and willingness to try new approaches, incorporating different viewpoints and ideas while still drawing upon your expertise.
- Experience managing a full‑time and on‑demand workforce, understanding the nuances of expectations from HR functions from different talent levels and types.
- Experience in monitoring OKR and effective use of governance models to drive outcomes with KPIs scorecards and metrics.
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills; highly collaborative style and results‑driven approach.
- Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of HR/HRBP experience in roles of increasing complexity and scope; subject‑matter expert with demonstrated experience in coaching, development, organizational design, overall talent management, benefits and compensation.
- Global exposure to different geographies preferred.
- HR certification such as PHR, SPHR or GPHR is a plus.
