DevOps Architect

We are seeking an experienced Dev Ops Architect to join our team in Fremont, CA. This leadership role involves planning, strategy, roadmap, and execution of Dev Ops initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead partner teams and excel in a matrixed environment, ensuring seamless integration and secure development practices.

• Develop and implement Dev Ops strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans.
• Lead the integration of SAST tools like Sonar Qube and Blackduck into CI-CD pipelines to enhance secure development and testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in Dev Ops, including automation, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to partner teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of applications and infrastructure.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Dev Ops architecture and leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft and SAP technology stacks for application lifecycle management.
• Understanding of secure development practices and experience in integrating the SAST tools like Sonar Qube and Blackduck in CI-CD pipelines.
• Understanding of SaaS applications, Siemens Teamcenter PLM, and Opcenter MES application lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in CI-CD pipelines and automation tools, including Azure Dev Ops and Git Hub.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead in a matrixed environment and manage partner teams effectively.
• Required Experience:
  • Dev Ops: 7-9 years
  • Application development and scripting: 5-7 years

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Certifications in Dev Ops, cloud technologies, or security.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and ARM templates.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
