The Rapid Prototype Material / Business Process Management program management team is a services group within the Pilot supply chain business that focuses on enabling our internal customers with business process improvement, customer support, and the use of data analytics and metrics to identify, root cause, and solve problems. We drive performance, productivity, and deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their critical processes.

The Program Manager is a part of the Rapid Prototype Material / Business Process Management program management team, where you'll spearhead process improvement initiatives. With your systems knowledge and business process acumen, you expertly collect and analyze data, evaluate processes, develop metrics, and identify root causes with data-driven indicators for future improvements.

• Your primary responsibility includes identifying and root causing business problems, business requirement documentation, ROI, project management, and being the point person to help resolve technical issues.
• You will act as the program manager, business analyst, and mentor to guide the development efforts of the analytics team in India to be successful in developing metrics dashboards and other software applications necessary to gather data and act as the primary data validation support.
• Perform data analysis to identify inefficiencies and influence decisions in support of Pilot RPM supply chain initiatives. You will understand the data in depth and the underlying logic to be able to articulate and communicate it.
• Develop and maintain data models and Power BI dashboards around RPM Engineering request form metrics to enable strategic planning with the help of the analytics team in India and global information systems.
• Partner with Pilot SBM and Buyers to identify operational efficiency improvements and lead initiatives and projects for the same.
• Prepare and publish ad hoc reports as needed for creating visibility to trends and present to senior management to enable decision making.
• Work closely with business teams to understand specific challenges and pain points.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 12+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 8+ years’ experience; or a PhD with 5+ years’ experience; or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of related experience in project management or program management.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to build and interpret complex data models.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload, and effective multi-tasking skills are vital.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain business partner relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Focus on continuous improvement and promoting systemic solutions that can scale.
• Knowledge in supply chain, procurement, and/or field service will be helpful.
• Experience using SQL, Power
  
  BI, and SAP.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them to developers. Having a good comprehension of the technical obstacles to success and gathering resources to overcome those obstacles.
• Experience working in a global organization with diverse teams.

CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position:
Min $114,000 - Max $253,000.
