We are seeking a Netsuite Administrator to join our fast-growing project implementation team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in enterprise business application development and systems integration. They must be capable of independently performing development, testing, implementation, documentation, and updates related to Net Suite software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Qualifications & Key Skills

• Manage and implement configurations and customizations to Net Suite
• Develop Net Suite customizations using Net Suite's JavaScript API
• Knowledge of scripting, workflows, CSV imports, user provisioning, defining roles, and administrative functions in Net Suite
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity
• Understand end-to-end business processes and systems supporting these processes
• Identify and recommend key technologies to support and improve business processes centered on Net Suite
• Maintain and support Net Suite for internal users
• Perform regular data audits and resolve issues
• Work with Net Suite support for escalated issues
• Manage bi-annual Net Suite release rollouts
• Ensure proper system access for all roles
• Experience in finance or accounting is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1-4 years of experience with Net Suite or similar SaaS applications
• 3+ years of development experience, preferably with JavaScript or other object-oriented languages
