Language Specialist
Location:
Fremont, CA (onsite)
Duration: 12 months

Skills Required:

• Must be fluent in verbal and written English and any one of the following languages:
  German, Swedish, or Austrian.
• Previous experience in customer service - prefer email support experience.
• Ability to clearly communicate written or verbal in English and any one of the above-mentioned languages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure meaningful and logical analysis of customer-generated content.
• Maintain, extract, and curate customer data using Google AdWords.
• Import and export customer data from AdWords.
• Analyze client websites and extract relevant information to optimize their Google AdWords campaign in order to increase the click rate.
