About the job

As a Project Manager III, Business Operations- MPS and WOR IIC
, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of Hyve’s ERP application across WOR and MPS business modules while working with the end-users and their management to improve processes and workflows. You will be reporting directly to the Manager, Project Management.

You will

  • Work with business units and the ERP team, help define and implement best practice business processes and solutions for the ERP platform in line with their requirements using Scrum & Agile Methodologies.
  • Participate in the full lifecycle implementation of the ERP system including support for ERP and associated business and manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate closely with solution architects and system engineers to define and implement effective and efficient solutions to business challenges and opportunities.
  • Research, configure, test, & implement modules as required.
  • Validate software quality and conformance to specifications and business requirements through unit-functional testing. Identify the root cause of defects and develop fixes in the system.
  • Deploy programs that leverage data warehouses and provide data visibility to customers and internal users. Examples include Manufacturing KPIs.
  • Manage and support existing interfaces and processes to ensure proper information flow.
  • Be responsible for owning system configuration and user setup as needed. Configure fields, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, saved searches and dashboards.
  • Track Value, Earned Value and Cost details for all project deliveries on a quarterly basis.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with peers, business users, and the ERP team.
  • Maintain a holistic view of all business system processes and users, to understand functional impacts regarding configuration, process, workflow, and reporting.
  • Document, maintaining standardization and dedicatedly seeking ways to constantly improve processes & procedures.

You have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or any IT related degree.
  • Experience in creating/updating system documentation including configuration changes, data mapping requirements, functional designs, test cases, and deployment plans as needed for the engagement.
  • Experience working with various project execution methodologies like Agile, Scrum and Waterfall.
  • Ability to lead, facilitate discussions on agile best practices, workflows, and tools usage.
  • Vast knowledge and leadership abilities to support a large-scale event or project with demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve problems with speed.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with executive presence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in production scheduling software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices is a plus.

Annual Salary Range

$110,000—$140,000 USD DOE
