Manager, BOM Configuration

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven individual with strong communication skills and a solid work ethic to join our dynamic team as a Configuration Manager. This role involves managing product structure trees, optimizing product configurations, leading a team of 3-4 managers, and ensuring best practices in product lifecycle management.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• BA degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in the computer hardware/semiconductor industry, including roles in product engineering, manufacturing, configuration, or related areas.
• Experience working with teams across multiple locations and time zones.
• Knowledge of PLM systems such as Agile and Fusion, including permissions, BOM creation, and maintenance.
• Experience in server and storage markets is preferred.
• Familiarity with BOMs, CIP, CES, and NSO is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on complex configurations within a team.
• Ability to thrive in a diverse and dynamic environment.
