We are seeking an experienced and innovative AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning, deep learning, and AI solutions across enterprise systems. This role requires both technical expertise and strategic thinking to build scalable, high-performance AI applications that drive measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate is passionate about AI, thrives in collaborative environments, and has hands‑on experience implementing production‑grade models and AI pipelines.

• AI/ML Solution Development:
  • Design, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for enterprise-scale applications.
  • Conduct feature engineering, data preprocessing, and statistical analysis on complex datasets from multiple sources.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into production systems and platforms.
  • Optimize model performance for scalability, accuracy, and reliability.
• MLOps & Production Support:
  • Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
  • Implement CI/CD processes for AI workflows using tools such as Jenkins, Git, or Airflow.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices for reproducibility, versioning, and monitoring of models.
  • Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and define success metrics.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal AI best practices and knowledge‑sharing.
  • Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies, trends, and ethical practices.

• 8+ years of experience in AI, ML, or data science roles.
• Proven expertise in building, deploying, and maintaining ML models (supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning).
• Strong proficiency in Python, Tensor Flow, PyTorch, and SQL; experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of data structures, model optimization, statistics, and feature engineering.
• Experience with AI governance, ethical AI frameworks, and responsible AI implementation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.

• Must‑Have Skill Set:
  • Expertise in ML/DL model development (supervised & unsupervised).
  • Strong Python proficiency with Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn.
  • Hands‑on MLOps experience (Airflow, Jenkins, Git).
  • Cloud deployment on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Advanced SQL and feature engineering.
  • Model optimization for scalability and accuracy.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Understanding of ethical AI practices.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or Applied Mathematics.
