Technical Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with AI expertise to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) initiatives  ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, combined with a solid understanding of AI/ML technologies, data engineering, and software development processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders—to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project management of AI/ML initiatives, including scoping, planning, scheduling, execution, risk management, and delivery.
• Collaborate with data science, engineering, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide clear status reports to leadership.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
• Implement and enforce Agile/Hybrid project management methodologies and best practices.
• Stay updated on AI/ML trends, tools, and best practices, and provide guidance on integrating emerging technologies into projects.
• Ensure quality standards, compliance, and security measures are met for AI/ML solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in project management with at least 2+ years managing AI/ML or data-driven projects.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Proven experience managing cloud-based AI/ML projects (GCP preferred).
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies with relevant certifications (PMP, CSM, or equivalent).
• Extensive experience in senior stakeholder management, including presenting complex AI/ML project updates to executive leadership, influencing decision-making, and driving alignment across business and technology teams.
• Strong client management skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships, manage expectations, and ensure project outcomes align with client goals and business priorities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to navigate competing priorities and foster collaboration across diverse teams.
• Ability to balance technical depth with business strategy, ensuring project outcomes deliver measurable business value.
