Process Engineering Technician

Overview

The person will primarily be responsible for installing, supporting, and troubleshooting computers, printers, scanners, hardware, and software programs used in production and test. Secondary responsibilities include supporting tools and equipment used for production and test.

• Install and setup computers, monitors, printers, scanners, software, and other related equipment.
• Install and maintain security camera system(s) for production and test areas.
• Provide hands-on support for computer-related issues and requests.
• Perform troubleshooting, preventive, and general maintenance on computers and related equipment.
• Work with other computer service IT personnel to understand company regulations and requirements.
• Order tools and equipment needed to support computer related equipment and peripherals.
• Assembling, issuing and maintaining tools and equipment used in production and test.
• Document equipment and tools issued, maintenance records, tooling logs and asset recording.
• Provide training for Production or Engineering personnel as needed.
