• You will coordinate interviews across phone, Google Video, Teams, Zoom, and onsite locations with recruiters and hiring managers.
• You’ll act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely and friendly communication.
• You will welcome onsite candidates and help create a smooth interview experience.
• Managing ATS tools will be part of keeping candidate data accurate and accessible.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
• Experience in coordination, executive support, or project management—especially in recruiting—is preferred.
• You should be adaptable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Curiosity, collaboration, creativity, and a willingness to learn will help you succeed in this role.
