OverviewReSource Pro is looking for a knowledgeable Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our growing service delivery team. The Commercial Lines Account Manager serves as the main point of contact and technical expert on a client book of business. This role is responsible for working with our onshore/offshore teams to renew existing policies, bind new business leads, and round out accounts to increase overall revenue.
Candidates must reside in the United States and the Pacific Time Zone.
- Manage large books of business for commercial lines insurance clients
- Drive customer retention and market additional lines of coverage to grow business and properly insure risks
- Evaluate carrier relationships, commercial insurance products, and market placement
- Provide quality and timely service to customers and clients
- Research, provide recommendations, and implement ReSource Pro solutions for clients
- Work in a variety of Agency Management Systems to complete tasks
- Lead day‑to‑day customer interactions
- Use subject matter expertise to consult with customers and advise colleagues
- Gather information about client needs and insurance solutions
- Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to meet client needs and contribute to internal team goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, or related field or equivalent experience
- 3‑7 years of Property and Casualty insurance experience or related coverage experience in a retail agency or service center
- Active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license required
- Located in Pacific Time Zone
- Microsoft Office proficiency – Excel required
- Experience working in an Agency Management System required
- Industry designations preferred such as CPCU, CIC, CISR, ARM
- Ability to adapt and succeed within a team‑oriented environment
- Excellent problem‑solving and customer service skills
Remote position; salary range $53,779–$91,291 annually (varies by geographic location). Includes annual bonus eligibility and benefits.
