- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Operations Engineering, or other relevant fields, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management or material handling.
- 3 years of experience in people management.
- 3 years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and leading Inventory Management Systems (IMS).
- 3 years of experience with shipping terms (Incoterms), hazardous material handling (DOT/IATA), and warehouse operations.
- 3 years of experience managing cycle count programs and maintaining inventory accuracy.

- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or a related engineering field.
- 10 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or material handling, with 6 years in a management role.
- Experience with data analysis in quality, reliability, and manufacturing production.
- Familiarity with Free Trade Zone (FTZ) operations or international customs processes.
- Proven track record of modulating inventory controls (reorder points, safety stock) within a fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing environment.
- Ability to use data from the ERP to justify headcount, equipment, or space requirements as volume increases.
