Base pay range$35.00/hr - $38.00/hr
We’re seeking a skilled, hands-on, and safety-focused Equipment Maintenance Technician to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. What You’ll Do:- Troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade automated manufacturing equipment
- Install and modify machines per engineering instructions
- Perform and document preventive maintenance tasks
- Recommend toolset improvements and support machine upgrades
- Assist with production operations and collaborate with engineering teams
- Ensure compliance with Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO) safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- 10–12 years of experience in high-capacity manufacturing
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with automated equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Skilled in using hand and power tools; PC‑based testing experience preferred
- Excellent hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and adapt to changing shifts or schedules
- Strong attendance, initiative, and teamwork mindset
- Prolonged standing and repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Manual dexterity for precise assembly work
- Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
