The Test Technician/Operator will provide crucial support in the testing ICs and sorting wafers. The position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a Detail oriented self-motivated operator/technician to be located in Fremont, CA office.

• Setup, maintain, operate and monitor IC tester/handler operations, including test program loading and revision verifications
• Manage test datalog and test summary for reporting process.
• Troubleshoots, diagnoses test operation problems, implements corrective action procedures and/or escalates to other engineers as appropriate.
• Hands on with PCB rework, cable rework, using test equipment and performing measurements
• Setup, monitor board level tests and log/report results
• Document and report equipment performance, issues, and corrective actions.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability

• 6-8 years of related experience in a semiconductor test environment
• Working knowledge of a variety of test hardware, software, and operation systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel
  * required*, Outlook)
• Proficiency in reading technical schematics, manuals, and troubleshooting equipment failures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team independently and adhere to safety protocols.

• Associate Degree or Technical Certification (required) in Electronics Technology with 4-6 years of experience
