• Performing assigned product manufacturing and assembly tasks.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and working instructions.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble components, modules, servers, and racks.
• Conducting quality checks on the functionality of components, modules, servers, and racks.
• Perform routine maintenance on assembly equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
• Document and report any discrepancies or issues in the assembly process.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the assembly workspace.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

• An associate degree, technical certification, or vocational training in assembly or a related field.
• At least five years’ experience as a manufacturing technician, or similar role.
• Familiarity with industry-specific tools and equipment.
• Ability in reading and interpreting technical documents (MPI/EI).
• Knowledge of production processes in a related industry preferred.
• Extensive experience in performing quality control procedures and meeting production standards.
• Ability for production training in the areas of Assembly Process (MPI).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Working knowledge of computers and office software.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Hourly Base Rate $20.00 – $35.00 per hour
