Operations Logistics Associate

Job Overview

Hire Art is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find an Operations Logistics Associate to support warehouse operations, material flow, and production delivery activities.

Expected compensation: 34.50 USD Per Hour

In this role, you’ll execute core warehouse processes, maintain inventory accuracy, support kitting and lineside delivery, and ensure materials move efficiently from receiving to production. You’ll collaborate closely with production, logistics, and operations teams to deliver a seamless internal customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

• Execute material flow processes across the warehouse, including dock operations, production delivery, and shipping (via forklift, foot transport, and other methods).
• Use warehouse systems to input, retrieve, and track inventory and parts movements.
• Pull and deliver materials to assigned production areas based on the production schedule.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies through physical counts and system updates.
• Follow all warehouse safety standards, PPE requirements, and 5S practices.
• Uncrate critical components for general assembly customers.
• Support indirect material storage and collaborate with stakeholders across the network.
• Ensure timely, accurate parts delivery to general assembly and base operations teams.
• Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving ability, and a strong sense of urgency in daily operations.

• HS diploma or GED with 6-8 years of experience
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screen
• Compliance with the Substance Abuse Policy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Ability to operate heavy warehouse equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure
• “Get it done” attitude with a sense of urgency
• Ability to collaborate effectively across warehouse and production teams in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with SAP is a plus

This is a full-time, ongoing contract position staffed via Hire Art. It will be onsite and available to candidates local to the Fremont, CA area.
