Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Fremont, CA. Interested?

Here’s what you’d do:
  • Coordinate the shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory items, including organizing and labeling inventory locations.
  • Provide timely response to inventory requests and collaborate with the engineering team and logistics teams for procurement activities.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation, including tracking stock levels, movements, and adjustments.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to identify discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy.
Here’s what you’ll get:

Pay: $30.00 / hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week.

Length: Contract (24 months).

Job Requirements

Required Skills /

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP and ordering platforms.

Preferred Skills /

Qualifications:

  • Inventory & Warehouse Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office + ERP Systems (SAP/Appian/Ariba).
  • Effective English Communication.
  • Inventory/warehouse experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and One Drive).
  • SAP, Appian, Quick Base, and Ariba.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English (read, write, speak).

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
