At Pebble, we are redefining how mobility solutions are built. As a Senior Production Associate in Manufacturing, you will be directly involved in executing and supporting day‑to‑day production activities to ensure high‑quality, on‑time output. This is a hands‑on role that requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety and quality, and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. Ideal candidates will have experience in a production environment and a drive for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Perform daily production tasks to meet output and quality targets.
- Identify and suggest opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and reduce waste.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions accurately.
- Inspect components and assemblies for quality compliance.
- Document production data and support root cause investigations when issues arise.
- Operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely and effectively.
- Support implementation of process improvements and new procedures.
- Participate in regular training to stay current with production standards and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical or manufacturing‑related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ hands‑on experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, tools, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and a quality‑focused mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using production software or manufacturing tracking systems is a plus.
