The Sanmina Fremont facility is a full‑service enclosure systems solution manufacturing plant located in California’s Silicon Valley. The facility produces low‑to‑mid volume New Product Introduction (NPI) runs to full‑scale volume and offers everything from small piece parts to fully integrated and tested systems, including in‑house painting capabilities and flexible logistics solutions.

Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro‑mechanical assembly tasks in support of developmental requirements in pre‑production projects. Works from rough schematics, blueprints and oral instructions to construct developmental assemblies, sub‑assemblies and components.

• Perform a wide variety of mechanical or electro‑mechanical assembly operations according to verbal or written instructions, or by following drawings or diagrams.
• Operate hand tools, power tools and material handling equipment as needed.
• Initiate process improvements of assigned working area.
• Assemble the fully populated electrical box (EO6 delivers this) onto the sheet metal kit using basic hardware and tools (drill, screws, nuts, etc.).

• Minimum of 1–2 years related experience in production and technical knowledge.
• High school diploma; college courses preferred.
• Must be able to lift and push up to 20 pounds; able to stand all day; work 40+ hours per week.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload to meet strict deadlines under supervision.
• Read and understand prints and drawings.
• Communicate in English.
• Use hand tools such as electric drivers.

Salary Range (annual): $41,600 – $45,760 ($20.00 – $23.00 per hour). Base pay within this range is determined at the offer stage based on a candidate’s years of relevant experience, education, certifications, and skills. The total rewards package also includes health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company‑paid holidays and paid time off (PTO), and may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
