The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm and we are currently seeking a Manufacturing Visual Inspection Technician for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Fremont, CA 94555
.
- Pay: $27.78/hour to Start!!
- 6-month contract, with potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (100% Onsite).
- Position will be mainly responsible for executing visual inspection, advanced visual inspection, and quality-related manufacturing activities in a cGMP-regulated environment.
- Position will be responsible for performing BioMES operations, palletizing, inspection hood preparation, cleaning activities, and supporting drug product manufacturing operations.
- Position will be responsible for executing batch record documentation, equipment uses logs, logistics coordination, work order initiation, and training support activities.
- Position will be responsible for documenting manufacturing activities in compliance with cGMP and cGDP requirements.
- Position will be responsible for identifying and reporting abnormalities, deviations, and quality concerns while supporting investigations and corrective actions.
- Position will be responsible for maintaining production areas according to established 5S standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Position will be responsible for collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure right-first-time execution and compliance.
- High School Diploma or GED is Required!
- 1+ years of experience working in a Manufacturing or cGMP-regulated industry is Required!
- Experience with Visual Inspection operations is Required!
- Ability to read, understand, and follow SOPs, work instructions, and cGMP documentation practices is Required!
- Ability to successfully complete a Vision Test, including visual acuity and colour blindness screening,
is Required! - Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or Biotechnology Vocational Training is Preferred!
- Experience with NCR (Non-Conformance Reports) and quality documentation is Preferred!
- Familiarity with inspection tools and quality inspection processes is Preferred!
