Business Solutions Manager with Ultimate Staffing

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our client's regional marketing initiatives across North America. This role is based in California and will involve assisting in creating and maintaining marketing collateral, coordinating events, managing communications, and ensuring alignment with global brand standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced B2B environment.

• Marketing Collateral & Content:
  Assist in creating, updating, and localizing brochures, datasheets, presentations, and digital assets while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
• Communications & Social Media:
  Support internal and external communications, prepare and schedule social media content, and track engagement metrics.
• Events & Trade shows:
  Coordinate logistics for trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events, including booth setup, collateral, vendor management, and post-event reporting.
• Press & Media:
  Help maintain media relationships, prepare press releases, and track coverage across North America.
• Administrative Support:
  Manage marketing documentation, budgets, vendor coordination, and provide support for regional initiatives in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

• 2-5 years of experience in marketing coordination or similar roles, preferably in B2B or technology sectors.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work on-site in Fremont, CA.

• Experience in telecommunications or technology-related industries.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and Salesforce.
• Spanish language skills for regional coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Standard work hours are expected to be Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 per year.
