This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Marketing Director based in Fremont, CA. The Marketing Director will oversee the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives to promote the company’s products and services across B2B and B2C sectors. Key tasks include developing marketing campaigns, managing budgets, leading a cross‑functional marketing team, conducting competitive market analyses, identifying growth opportunities, and enhancing brand visibility.

The Marketing Director will collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and ensure effective communication of the company’s vision and mission.

• Experience in branding, advertising, and strategic marketing planning
• Proficiency in digital marketing, social media marketing, and marketing analytics
• Strong skills in team leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and staff development
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop data‑driven marketing strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation abilities
• Results‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of driving business growth
• Familiarity with the technology and smart devices industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in marketing leadership roles
