This role serves as the central operator, ensuring that all marketing lanes, vendor partnerships, client glide paths, and internal workflows operate cohesively, efficiently, and with clear, measurable results. The Marketing Manager works directly with leadership, attorneys, and external partners Green Cardigan and HTM to drive brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and maintain a consistent, high‑quality client experience across both Family Law and Estate Planning.

Success requires exceptional communication, organized execution, accountability, leadership, and a data‑driven mindset. You serve as the operational engine behind the firm’s growth. You are the connector between strategy and execution, vendors and attorneys, digital and in‑person channels, and initial lead contact through full client conversion.

Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Implement the firm’s annual marketing plan across both practice areas.
  • Break down strategic goals into actionable campaigns, workflows, and timelines.
  • Identify performance gaps and pivot the strategy based on data.
Vendor Management:
Green Cardigan & HTM
  • Serve as the primary internal liaison for both external partners.
  • Coordinate ongoing campaigns, deliverables, and content initiatives.
  • Ensure messaging aligns with ALG’s tone, practice area priorities, and glide paths.
  • Review work product for quality, accuracy, and brand alignment.
  • Oversee advertising, SEO, web, and PPC work streams advised by ALG and HTM.
  • Maintain a clear feedback loop to optimize lead flow and conversion.
  • Ensure timely delivery and adherence to agreed KPIs.
  • Maintain a unified calendar of deliverables and deadlines.
  • Ensure campaigns from both vendors complement, not duplicate, each other.
  • Hold all vendors accountable for quality and performance metrics.
Workstream Analysis & Continuous Improvement
  • Regularly assess all marketing work streams: ads, SEO, content, email nurture, social, referral systems, website, CRM, and vendor outputs.
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or underperforming channels.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to increase conversions and efficiency.
Ownership of Client Glide paths (FL & EP)
  • Maintain, optimize, and quality‑check both Family Law and Estate Planning glide paths.
  • Ensure messaging consistency from first contact through intake, consultation, and retention.
  • Identify points where prospects stall or drop off, and repair those touchpoints.
  • Work with vendors to ensure glidepath content integrates with advertising and SEO.
Day-to-Day Oversight of All Marketing Lanes
  • Provide daily leadership, oversight, and accountability in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, website updates, CRO, email sequences & CRM hygiene, referral partner development, workshop, event & symposium planning, testimonial campaigns, local community presence & sponsor ships, vendor-driven deliverables, and branding consistency.
Branding & Messaging
  • Safeguard firm identity, tone, visuals, and professionalism across all platforms.
  • Review content for clarity, accuracy, empathy, and alignment with ALG’s standards.
Digital Marketing Management
  • Manage website updates, SEO improvements, Google Business Profile, and social presence.
  • Partner with HTM/GC on ad performance, keyword strategy, and reporting.
  • Monitor analytics to adjust campaigns as needed.
Content Development
  • Work with attorneys to produce blogs, articles, client guides, newsletters, and video outlines.
  • Maintain a monthly content calendar tied to search trends, client concerns, and seasonal opportunities.
Referral Network & Back‑End Marketing
  • Maintain and expand relationships with realtors, therapists, CPAs, advisors, and community partners to build professional networks and referral relationships.
  • Build structured outreach cadences and systems.
  • Integrate referral efforts with vendor campaigns and internal glide paths.
Events, Workshops & Sponsor ships
  • Plan and manage symposiums, workshops, webinars, and community participation.
  • Develop event‑specific marketing plans and follow through on post‑event conversion.
Client Experience & Retention
