Key ResponsibilitiesDelta Electronics Americas is seeking a Marketing Associate to support and execute a broad range of marketing initiatives, from targeted, closed-door customer programs to large-scale trade shows. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, execution-focused marketer who enjoys hands‑on involvement in event execution, content development, and sales‑driven marketing materials, while also supporting project coordination and marketing intelligence efforts. The Marketing Associate will work closely with sales teams and cross‑functional partners to manage timelines, track performance, and translate marketing initiatives into measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, exhibitions, and trade shows from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with Delta’s brand image and business objectives.
- Create digital marketing assets for use across multiple platforms, including Linked In, email campaigns, social media, You Tube and trade show materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors or customers to develop compelling marketing content and communication materials that are consistent with corporate brand messaging.
- Support special business projects and marketing initiatives as needed and perform additional tasks assigned by the sales team.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend optimization strategies.
- Conduct marketing intelligence and market research, including competitive analysis, event benchmarking, customer insights, and industry trend tracking.
