Mission United Methodist Church – Fremont, CA is seeking a Disciple Making Minister to focus on Leadership Development and the Next Generation.

The Disciple Making Minister will help our church live out its mission by guiding people into deeper faith, equipping leaders, and creating a culture of disciples who make disciples.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead a clear pathway for discipleship and spiritual growth for all ages.
- Build and strengthen the leadership and next generation ministries, fostering spiritual growth through mentoring, ẹni Service opportunities.

- Fluent in English; bilingual (e.g., Mandarin) is an asset.
- Growing relationship with Jesus Christ and alignment with United Methodist theology and values.
- Passion for relational disciple‑making and engaging youth and young adults.
- Experience in discipleship, youth ministry, or pastoral leadership.
- Master of Divinity or seminary degree preferred;
Bachelor's acceptable. - Strong relational, teaching, and organizational skills.
