Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a full-time or part-time, certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Pediatrics for its Pediatric Urgent Care in Fremont, CA.

Qualifications:
- 6 months related clinical experience
- Current California State NP or PA License
- CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (for Physician Assistants only)
- Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (for Nurse Practitioners only)
- Active DEA registration for Nurse Practitioners
Preferred:
- 6 months of related clinical experience
