Mission Valley Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our dedicated healthcare team. We are committed to providing high-quality skilled nursing and rehabilitation services in a supportive, resident-centered environment.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' health conditions and report changes promptly.
• Accurately document nursing assessments, treatments, medications, and resident progress.
• Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals.
• Assist in developing and implementing resident care plans.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, infection control standards, and facility policies.
• Promote resident dignity, safety, comfort, and overall well-being.

• Current and active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
• Previous skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Competitive pay: $40.00-$42.00 per hour, depending on experience
