Regulatory Compliance Specialist
REELSAFE SAFETY LLC is looking for a driven and detail-oriented EHS Specialist to join our team in Fremont, CA. Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, policies, and procedures in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Conduct routine workplace inspections, hazard assessments, and safety audits to identify and mitigate risks
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action planning
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and California-specific EHS regulations including Cal/OSHA standards
- Deliver safety training programs and toolbox talks to employees at all levels
- Maintain accurate EHS records, reports, and regulatory documentation
- Coordinate emergency response planning and drills
- Partner with operations and management teams to promote a proactive safety culture
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in an EHS Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and Cal/OSHA regulations
- Experience conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits
- Excellent communication and training facilitation skills
- Proficiency in maintaining EHS management systems and compliance documentation
- CSP, CHMM, or other relevant EHS certification is a plus
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and committed to continuous improvement
